Can you tell me which charger I need?
Yes — send your vehicle and a photo of your electrical panel. That is usually enough for us to confirm the connector and whether a hardwired or plug-in configuration makes sense for your circuit.
Do you install it yourselves?
Installation must be carried out by a licensed electrician. We supply the unit, coordinate the installation and, where needed, connect you with an installer in your area. Permits are handled by your electrician.
I am outside the Greater Toronto Area
Tell us where you are. We will confirm honestly whether we can supply, install or refer you to a partner — we would rather say no than promise an installer we cannot deliver.
